Our new wine supplier Stephen Wallace has over 10 years experience in the Wine Industry and has built up a successful client base including many 5 Star hotels and many AA and other award winning restaurants. Stephen Wallace is a well know TV personality and has appeared regularly on TV3 as their Wine Critic on Morning AM. His reputation as a wine expert on national TV further enhances the reputation of our new wine list for 2012.
We are delighted to announce our new and improved website for the 2012 season here in Ballybunion. Over the next few days we will be updating all our new menus along with photographs and information on all the changes we have made to the guesthouse and restaurant over the last few months including our newly renovated rooms and extensive selections of new wines and beers.
