Grape Variety: Corvina/Rondinella/Molinara - Aged in 50hl Slavonian oak casks, shows aromas of macerated cherries, spices and a palate that combines sweetness and a tannic-acidic grip: a traditional-style Amarone.

Grape Variety: Sangiovese/Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot - An internationally-styled, super Tuscan. This wine’s dense aromas of cassis and black stones fruits are offset by notes of herbs, spices and sweet oak which carry onto a ripe palate marked by firm tannic structure. Fabulous aromas of ripe blackberry, cappuccino and toasty oak. Full-bodied, with masses of fruit and super velvety tannins.

Grape Variety: Garnacha/Carinena/Syrah/Morenillo - Plan B is the newest wine from Bollidora on the outskirts of Tarragona. It displays a complex aromatic array of crushed stone, espresso, spices, black cherry and blackberry. Layered, plush and pleasure bent. “Received 90 Robert Parker points”

Grape Variety: Merlot - An easy drinking wine that is dark garnet in colour, this wine exhibits smooth fruit flavours of blackberries and stewed plums complexed with fruitcake and black cherries. It is supple and fleshy, with a characteristic smooth mouth feel and soft finish. French oak adds an extra savoury spicy dimension and soft fine tannins to the wine.

Grape Variety: Shiraz/Mouvedre - This delicious, exciting and harmonious wine exhibits aromas and flavours of blackberry, pepper and spice combined with the elegant integration of French oak. Rich dark berry fruit flavours are abundant on the palate with underlying savoury notes such as leather and spice. Finishing with excellent length.

Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon - The wine reflects varietal aromas on the nose, with wild berries, tomato leaf, cedar, cinnamon spice, dark chocolate and truffle prominent. The heavy – bodied palate has a firm structure, but a fine tannin texture and a pleasant dry after-taste.

Grape Variety: Pinot Noir - Soft fruited, mellow and velvety with proper Pinot Noir style and character. Elegant and gentle cherry and raspberry fruit and a full bodied finish.

Grape Variety: Malbec - The black Malbec grape creates a rustic sincere medium bodied wine. There are hints of coffee, violets and blackberry on the nose. It is rich and spicy with smoky accents of vanilla and lingering oak.

Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon/ Cinsault - A lighter style of Musar. Warm, raisened nose of eastern spices, herbs and soft leafy notes. Attractive lighter bodied palate is well balanced, with some tannin and lots of spicy southern style character.

A great Champagne, it has a delicious refreshing nose, with hints of biscuit and aromatic fruits, finishing in a mouth watering experience.

The nose is intense and persistent with hints of delicate white flowers followed by scents of white pulp fruit such as green apples and white peach. The palate is pleasantly aromatic, slightly mineral, dry and fresh with good acidity and a long finish.
